Clinical Operations Lead

Overview:

At LunaVax, we're pioneering new ways to deliver vaccines where they're needed most. As Clinical Operations Lead, you’ll drive end-to-end clinical trial execution across African field sites—ensuring that innovation translates into real-world impact. From site selection to close-out, you’ll lead the coordination of cross-functional teams, oversee logistics, and uphold the highest standards of compliance. Your work will be critical to validating our microneedle patch and mobile immunization technologies in diverse, resource-limited settings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical trial execution across African field sites
• Coordinate CRA activities, site visits, and monitoring timelines
• Serve as liaison between field teams and central ops
• Oversee trial logistics, inventory, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH, and LunaVax protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in clinical operations, preferably in low-resource settings
• Experience managing site staff or CROs
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Africa

Compensation:
Estimated range: $90,000 – $130,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
