Compensation & Benefits
At LunaVax, we believe in rewarding impact and recognizing the contributions of every team member.
Contract and advisory roles offer flexible terms, including consulting fees, milestone-based compensation, or other negotiated structures. While LunaVax currently operates as an LLC, long-term participation incentives including potential equity upon corporate conversion may be considered for candidates aligned with our mission and growth strategy.
Project-based and volunteer positions may include stipends, mentorship, or certificate-based recognition, depending on funding and scope.
Current Opportunities
Videographer & Media Producer
Location: On-site in one of LunaVax’s pilot locations in Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja, Adamawa, or Anambra), with ability to travel between sites as required | Type: Contract or Project-based
Capture and produce high-quality video and photo content for LunaVax’s MAP pilot. Support interviews, storytelling, and digital campaigns to strengthen visibility and impact.
Vaccines Development & Regulatory Strategy Lead
Location: Remote (Global) | Type: Part-time or Advisory
Help shape early regulatory strategy and approval pathways for our MAP platform and future immunization innovations.
Vaccines Facility & Manufacturing Strategy Advisor
Location: Remote (Global) | Type: Contract or Advisory
Guide modular facility design, tech transfer, and scalable vaccine manufacturing planning across Africa.
Vaccines Markets & Commercial Strategy Specialist
Location: Remote (Global)| Type: Contract or Advisory
Forecast demand, define market entry strategies, and support LunaVax’s long-term commercial roadmap.
Volunteers (Various Roles)
