Join the LunaVax Mission

Join us in closing the vaccine gap across Nigeria and Africa. We're tackling malaria, tuberculosis (TB), pneumococcal disease, Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), HPV, rotavirus, yellow fever, polio, measles, hepatitis B, and DTP (diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis). Through local innovation and delivery, we welcome scientists, public health leaders, advocates, and bold thinkers to be part of the mission. Explore how you can get involved.

Vaccine Patches: Painless, Powerful, Needle-Free

We're is introducing microneedle patches (MAPs), a painless, needle-free way to deliver vaccines in underserved areas. Our pilot focuses on measles, with plans to expand into malaria and other high-burden diseases. We’re also tracking MAPs for TB and HPV as part of our long-term pipeline. Learn more about microneedle patches from Gavi.

Partner with LunaVax to Build Africa’s Vaccine Access Ecosystem

LunaVax is building Africa’s Vaccine Access Ecosystem—layer by layer, partner by partner. From microneedle patches and biometrics to vials, mobile delivery, data tools, and local manufacturing, we’re rethinking the system behind vaccine access. We work with clinics, funders, and innovators to make immunization smarter, faster, and more equitable. Explore how to become a LunaVax partner.

Innovative Vaccine Delivery: Smart Vans & Drones

LunaVax brings vaccines directly to hard-to-reach communities through mobile clinics and drone delivery. Our vans provide on-the-spot immunization, while drones navigate difficult terrain to ensure fast, temperature-stable supply. Together, they expand access where it's needed most. Learn more about our delivery systems.

Inside the Vial: Our Science

We harness cutting-edge science to develop vial-based vaccines using mRNA, self-amplifying RNA (saRNA), protein subunit, viral vector, and DNA platforms. These safe, scalable technologies address Africa’s most urgent vaccine-preventable diseases and support Nigeria’s immunization goals for measles, TB, yellow fever, and rotavirus, where injectable formats remain essential. Explore our vaccine platforms.
