Data Analyst & Program Evaluator

Overview:

At LunaVax, we turn numbers into action. As a Data Analyst & Program Evaluator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we track, assess, and improve our vaccine access initiatives across communities. Your insights will help us understand what’s working, what needs fixing, and where we go next. You’ll work across teams to clean, visualize, and interpret program data—turning field impact into measurable outcomes.

This is a high-visibility role for a data-minded professional eager to drive real-world change through smart, scalable evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and manage datasets from vaccine programs and field operations
• Design dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Collaborate with research, clinical, and field teams to track KPIs and monitor trends
• Translate data insights into reports and strategic recommendations
• Help identify gaps and opportunities for operational improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel, R, STATA, or other data analysis tools
• Experience in program evaluation, M&E, or health systems analysis
• Strong ability to translate complex data into accessible visuals and narratives
• Attention to detail and a passion for using data to drive equity

Compensation:
Estimated range: $70,000 – $110,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
