Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

Overview:

At LunaVax, we’re redefining how vaccines move, closer to homes, faster to communities, and smarter across last-mile delivery. As a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll manage the cold chain, drone dispatch, mobile immunization vans, and vaccine inventory systems that make this possible. You’ll play a hands-on role in moving vaccines from central hubs to remote areas across Africa, ensuring that no vial or life is left behind.

This is a frontline opportunity for a logistics professional ready to bring innovation, structure, and real-world impact to global health.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee vaccine receipt, cold chain storage, and transportation across field sites
• Monitor mobile vans, patch deliveries, drone flights, and inventory flow
• Coordinate with field hubs, data teams, and immunization crews for delivery tracking
• Support real-time troubleshooting and optimize route planning for last-mile reach
• Maintain stock logs and report flow metrics for operational analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in logistics, engineering, public health, or healthcare supply chains
• Familiarity with African supply networks or immunization logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with cold chain systems or last-mile delivery technologies is a plus

Compensation:
Estimated range: $70,000 – $110,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
